Program Description
The Business Department teaches students relevant and practical skills today, for use in the fast-approaching world of tomorrow. Courses offered by the Business Department are designed to provide students with many of the essential personal skills needed to succeed in our rapidly changing society. The wide range of learning opportunities available to students through the Business courses offered at Sinclair Secondary School will prove invaluable throughout the students' lifetime, whether they choose to continue their academic studies at a post secondary institution, or pursue employment opportunities in the world of business. Students with a concentration of 6 credits in Business Studies will be eligible for a special Business Studies Certificate.

Preparation for the Future
Business Department courses help to prepare students for careers in areas such as accountancy, business administration, commerce and finance, entrepreneurship, information and communication technology, human resource management, marketing and law.
